Simple things are hard to build.

I choose the straightforward approach over the clever one. No over-engineering, no unnecessary abstractions, no tech debt justified by hypothetical future requirements.

02 / SHIP

Ship fast, then scale.

I get working systems live quickly. Performance tuning and edge case handling come after real usage - not before.

03 / REAL

Build for real usage.

I build what customers actually need, not what seems logical in a design doc. Check what end users are asking for, where they're stuck, and what they're ignoring - then build to that.

04 / LOOP

Experiment, iterate, improve.

I don't treat the first version as final. Ship, measure, learn, refine - that loop produces better systems faster than perfect planning.

Managed a team of 10 and led a 5-person client delivery team. Mentored engineers, set code review standards, and drove architecture decisions across backend, frontend, and mobile.
Designed and built Telefónica’s conference scheduling system with Cisco CMS/TMS, LDAP, and SSO, working directly with their Madrid team.
